摘要
在化工原理课程中,让学生掌握离心泵等流体输送机械的内部结构及工作原理,是一项具有挑战性的教学任务。针对这一问题,文章提出了一种结合3D打印技术的教学新方法,即通过制作微型模型,使学生直观地理解离心泵的工作原理和设计关键点。这种教学方法不仅能够提升学生的实际操作能力,培养学生的创新思维,还能够增强教学过程的互动性,激发学生的学习兴趣。
In the course of Chemical Engineering Principles,it is a challenging teaching task to enable students to master the internal structure and working principle of fluid conveying machinery such as centrifugal pumps.This article proposes a new teaching method that combines 3D printing technology to address this issue,by creating miniature centrifugal pump models and making students intuitively understand the working principle and key design points.This teaching approach can not only enhance students practical operational abilities and cultivate students'innovative thinking,but also enhance the interactivity of the teaching process and stimulate students interest in learning.
