摘要
针对目前产品系统多冲突创新设计过程无法准确确定冲突间关系而影响设计质量的问题,提出一种基于复杂网络的产品多冲突问题识别与创新设计方法。结合鱼骨图分析法和元素名称量值(ENV)模型提出一种产品系统多冲突问题识别与规范化表达方法,实现关键问题中多冲突的识别,进而建立了产品系统多冲突间的复杂关系网络模型。在此基础上利用熵值法和PageRank算法准确获得关键冲突及冲突变更影响程度,并根据关键冲突与产品结构的对应关系最终确定产品最优改进结构。利用TRIZ工具对关键冲突进行创新设计并获得设计方案。以真空烧结炉为例,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
To solve the problem that the design quality was affected due to unable to accurately determine the relationship between contradictions in the current multi-contradiction innovation design process of product systems,a product multi-contradiction problem identification and innovation design method based on complex networks was proposed.Combined with the fishbone diagram analysis method and the Element-Name-Value(ENV)model,a method for identifying and standardizing the multi-contradiction problems of the product system was proposed to identify the multi-contradiction problems in the key problems,and then the complex relationship network model between the contradictions was established.On this basis,the entropy method and PageRank algorithm were used to accurately obtain the key contradictions and the impact degree of the contradiction changes,and finally determine the optimal improvement structure of the product according to the correspondence between the key contradictions and the product structures.The TRIZ tool was used to innovate the design of key contradictions and obtain the final design scheme.Taking the vacuum sintering furnace as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified.
