西柏坡时期中国共产党领导的新民主主义革命即将取得全国胜利,面对即将全面执政的新形势和如何长期执政的新任务,以毛泽东为主要代表的中国共产党人将马克思主义建党学说与中国革命具体实践相结合,形成了具有中国特色的党建思想理论,确保了中国共产党由革命党向执政党的顺利转变。这一时期毛泽东党建思想及其实践经验启示我们,新的历史时期加强党中央的集中统一领导是革命和建设不断取得胜利的保证;加强党的制度和纪律规矩建设是推进全面从严治党的关键;不断推进马克思主义中国化时代化是加强党的建设的重要任务。

During the Xibaipo period,the new democratic revolution led by the CPC is about to win the victory nationwide.Faced with the governance of oncoming power in all-round way,the CPC headed by Mao Zedong actively combines Marxist theory with China-specific revolution and forms a unique approach to the Party building,to ensure a smooth transformation of CPC to a ruling Party.Hence,Mao Zedong thought on Party building has assured us to strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee for the continuous victory of revolution and construction,strengthen the Party's system and disciplinary rules for promotion of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,and continuous promotion of the sinicization and modernization of Marxism.
