河北省大中小学思政课法治教育一体化路径探究

法治教育是思想政治教育的重要内容,思政课是思想政治教育的主渠道,也是法治教育的主阵地。加快大中小学思政课法治教育一体化是时代发展的迫切要求。推进河北省大中小学思政课法治教育一体化是河北省思政课“大中小学一体化”建设的时代需求,是河北省青少年法治教育的重要渠道,是解决河北省思政课法治教育问题的必然要求。河北省大中小学思政教材法治教育内容、思政课法治教育教学需要进一步完善与调整。建议基于法治教育目标,全面优化法治教材内容;依托集体备课平台,全面提升法治教学质量;依据法治素养标准,全面打造思政师资队伍;全面推进河北省大中小学思政课法治教育一体化。

Legal education is an important part of political education,as political education is the main channel for political and legal education.The writer of this paper argues for a pathway to integration of legal education in primary,secondary schools and higher education institutions,which is an urgent demand of the time in Hebei province.The textbooks need updating and optimizing,and teaching style needs improving,so that the quality of legal education can be promoted.
