基于文献计量分析探讨中医药真实世界研究现状

Exploring the Current Status and Future Prospects of Real-World Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Bibliometric Analysis

目的:通过文献计量分析探讨中医药真实世界研究现状,揭示未来研究的潜在重点方向。方法:基于中国知网数据库,采用CiteSpace、中国知网文献分析工具等方法,研究2007年1月~2024年7月期间收录的关于中医药真实世界研究的论文,从年份分布、机构、作者、基金、主题分布、进展分析等方面,对该领域的现状和趋势进行分析。结果:共纳入758篇相关文献。通过分析发现,该领域文献年度发文量整体呈上升趋势;主要依托单位是北京中医药大学以及相关中医药院校和机构;由国家自然科学基金项目主要资助;主要关键词有“中医药”“数据挖掘”“用药规律”等。结论:我国中医药真实世界研究主要经历了3个阶段,早期阶段更倾向于单独疾病的分析以及循证医学等,而近年来研究大多重点围绕中医药理论和视角开展,未来应进一步深化对于临床疗效的探索和监管科学领域的研究。

Objective:This study aims to explore the current status of real-world research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)through bibliometric analysis and reveal potential future research directions.Methods:Based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,CiteSpace,and the CNKI Literature Analysis Tool,and other methods were used to study papers on real-world research in TCM published between January 2007 and July 2024,and to analyze the current status and trends of the field in terms of year of publication,institutions,authors,funding,topic distribution,and research progress.Results:A total of 758 relevant papers were included.The analysis showed an overall increasing trend in annual publications in this field.The main supporting institutions were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and other related Chinese medicine universities and institutions.The research was mainly funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC).The main keywords identified were traditional Chinese medicine,data mining,and medication regimen.Conclusion:China's real-world research on TCM has gone through three stages.The early stage was more inclined to analyzing individual diseases and evidence-based medicine.In recent years,research has increasingly centered on TCM theories and perspectives.Future studies should delve deeper into the exploration of clinical efficacy and regulatory science in TCM.
