摘要
为改善儿童正畸治疗中出现的低依从性和心理压力问题,文章提出了一种基于积极强化理论的游戏化设计方案,以优化儿童正畸治疗体验。该方案融合了游戏元素和奖励机制,构建了包括角色扮演、奖励系统等六大强化模块的综合模型。实践应用中,以“英雄之路”游戏为载体,为儿童提供信息教育、矫治指导和心理支持。此跨学科的创新方法,提升了儿童的自我效能感,鼓励他们积极参与治疗过程,不仅促进了医疗效果和服务质量的提升,还为儿童健康成长探索出了新路径。
To improve the low compliance and psychological stress issues in orthodontic treatment for children,this article proposes a gamified design scheme based on positive reinforcement theory to optimize the orthodontic treatment experience for children.This scheme integrates game elements and reward mechanisms,and constructs a comprehensive model including six reinforcement modules such as role-playing and reward system.In practical applications,the"Hero's Road"game is used as a carrier to provide children with information education,corrective guidance,and psychological support.This interdisciplinary innovative approach enhances children's self-efficacy,encourages them to actively participate in the treatment process,not only promotes the improvement of medical effectiveness and service quality,but also explores new paths for children's healthy growth.
