Construction of a Community Service System under the Background of Smart Community Development

随着现代科技的发展与进步以及人类对更高质量生活的向往与追求,智慧社区的建设已经成为城市发展的重要组成部分。文章从服务设计角度探究智慧社区的服务体系构建思路,旨在提升社区居民的生活质量。文章通过研究现代智慧社区建设与发展现状,分析社区服务体系构建中存在的不足,通过利益相关者分析、用户画像、接触点分析、构建服务系统图、服务蓝图等一系列服务设计方法,提出智慧社区服务标准体系的框架。以期为智慧社区建设和社区服务体系构建提供有益的借鉴和启示。

With the development and progress of modern science and technology and people's yearning and pursuit of a higher quality of life,the construction of smart community has become an important part of urban development.This paper explores the service system construction ideas of smart community from the perspective of service design,aiming at improving the quality of life of community residents.By studying the construction and development status of modern smart community,this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the construction of community service system,and proposes the framework of smart community service standard system through a series of service design methods such as stakeholder analysis,user portrait,touch point analysis,service system diagram construction and service blueprint.In order to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the construction of smart community and community service system.
