摘要
高校教师的教育教学投入已成为推动教育高质量发展的核心支撑和关键所在。因此,如何提高高校对教学投入重要性的认知以及引导教师积极主动投入教育教学是当前高等教育研究的重点。本文基于问卷调查数据,通过描述性统计和实证分析,发现主体规范、教育教学资源、教师个人特质对教育教学投入有显著的正向影响。因此,地方应用型本科高校在教育教学管理的过程中可以从教学制度设计、教育教学资源、教师个人特质方面入手提高教师的教育教学水平。
The educational and teaching input of college teachers has become a core support of and key to the adancement of high-quality development of education.Therefore,how to increase the awareness of the importance of teaching input in universities and guide teachers to actively engage in education and teaching comprises a focal point in higher education research.Based on data gathered in questionnaire,and through a combination of descriptive statistics and empirical analysis,this paper finds that normative subjectivity,educational and teaching resources,and teachers'personal traits exercize significant positive effects on educational and teaching input.In view of this,in the process of educational and teaching management,local application-oriented undergraduate colleges need to improve the educational and teaching level of teachers from the aspects of teaching system design,resources and teachers’personal characteristics.
