数字乡村治理是促进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化的内在要求。推进数字乡村治理对于打造新型乡村治理共同体,提升乡村治理现代化水平,提升村民的获得感、幸福感、安全感,推进共同富裕等具有重要意义。但在实践进程中,作为乡村重要治理主体的村民数字素养不足,数字乡村治理考核体系失灵,数字供给与现实需求分离,阻碍了数字乡村治理效能的有效发挥。因此,需要普及乡村数字教育、提升村民数字素养,合理优化数字乡村治理考核体系,促进数字乡村治理供需匹配,在提高数字乡村治理效能中实现乡村振兴战略目标的整体推进。

Rural digital governance is an intrinsic requirement for promoting the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.Promoting rural digital governance is of great significance for building a new rural governance community,improving the modernization of rural governance,enhancing villagers'sense of happiness,fulfillment and security,and promoting common prosperity.However,in practice,the lack of digital literacy of villagers,the failure of the assessment system of rural digital governance,the separation of digital supply from real demand,and the suspension of standardized governance,hindered the effectiveness of digital rural governance.Therefore,it is necessary to popularize digital education in rural areas,improve the digital literacy of villagers,reasonably improve the assessment system of rural digital governance,optimize the governance process,and realize the matching of supply and demand of rural digital governance,so as to realize the strategic goal of rural revitalization through improving the efficiency of rural digital governance.
