数字技术赋能乡村文化振兴具有重要的战略价值、引领价值和现实价值,是增强文化自信的重要举措、实现乡村振兴的应有之义、建设文化强国的内在诉求。针对当前数字技术赋能乡村文化振兴中的组织困境、人才困境、开发困境、传承困境,应当提升基层党建引领实际效能,突破组织困境;筑牢乡村文化人才队伍支撑,摆脱人才困境;完善乡村文化数字配套设施,打破开发困境;打造乡村现代数字文化体系,冲破传承困境,实现乡村文化和数字技术的深度融合发展。

Digital technology empowering rural cultural revitalization is of important strategic value,guiding value and practical value,which is an important measure to enhance cultural confidence,an important part of rural revitalization,and an intrinsic requirement of building a cultural power.In view of the current organizational dilemma,talent dilemma,development dilemma,and inheritance dilemma in the revitalization of rural culture empowered by digital technology,it is necessary to enhance the the actual effectiveness of Party building at the primary level,build a solid support for the rural cultural talents,improve the digital supporting facilities of rural culture,build a modern digital cultural system in rural areas and realize the in-depth integration and development of rural culture and digital technology,and write a new chapter for the revitalization of rural culture.
