摘要
食品快速检测技术课程采用“互联网+”建立新型教学模式,解决传统教学资源短缺、过程评价滞后和学生主动学习能力弱等缺陷。通过“互联网+”与翻转课堂、协同式教学、教学资源共享等教学模式融合改变食品快速检测技术课程教学模式,提高师生互动频率,拓展学生知识获取渠道,增强学生自主学习能力,进一步改变教学考核方式。期望通过“互联网+”信息化教学手段提升食品快速检测技术教学质量,最终为社会培养高素质、应用型人才。
The network teaching platform called“Internet+”has been developed to change the deficiencies in the traditional teaching mode,including lagging process evaluation,and weak student initiative learning ability.By integrating“Internet+”with flipped classroom,collaborative teaching,and sharing of teaching resources,the teaching mode of the course of rapid food testing technology has been changed,improving the frequency of interaction between teachers and students,expanding students'channels of knowledge acquisition,enhancing students'self-learning ability,and further changing the way of teaching assessment.The purpose of this study aims to enhance the teaching quality of rapid food inspection techniques through the“Internet Plus”information technology-based teaching methods,ultimately nurturing highly skilled and applied talents for the society.
