摘要
分析了故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)在企业应用的现状、存在的不足及薄弱环节,并结合工作经验及FMEA的相关标准、指南和手册,阐述了企业如何充分、适宜、有效地开展FMEA工作,以提升装备的质量与可靠性,规避装备潜在的质量风险。
This article analyzes the current applications of FMEA in enterprises,existing shortcomings and weak links.Combined with our work experience and FMEA related standards,guidelines and manuals,the paper expounds how to make enterprises to carry out FMEA fully,appropriately and effectively,which can improve the quality and reliability of equipment,and avoid some potential quality risks.
