康复新液外用对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的影响

Effect of External Use of Kangfuxin Fluid on Wound Healing of Postoperative Perianal Abscess

目的:探讨康复新液外用对肛周脓肿术后患者创面愈合的影响。方法:将126例手术治疗的肛周脓肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。对照组患者常规用生理盐水擦拭与冲洗,观察组患者术后采用康复新液擦拭冲洗,比较2组患者的疗效、腐败组织脱落时间、创面愈合时间以及炎症因子水平。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者腐败组织脱落时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液外用可促进肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合,并能有效降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of external use of Kangfuxin Fluid on wound healing of postoperative patients with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 126 postoperative patients with peri-anal abscess were randomly divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group.Pa-tients in the control group were routinely wiped and rinsed with normal saline,and patients in the observa-tion group were wiped and rinsed with Kangfuxin Fluid after operation.The efficacy,exfoliation time of de-cayed tissue,wound healing time and levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The exfoliation time of decayed tissue and wound healing time in the observation group were shor-ter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups were decreased,which were lower in the ob-servation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Fluid can promote wound healing in postoperative patients with perianal abscess,and can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
