腹腔镜直肠癌术中低体温护理在手术室护理中的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Hypothermia Nursing in Operation Room During Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer Operation

目的:观察在腹腔镜直肠癌手术过程中低体温护理对手术效果的影响及其在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法:将我院收治的60例腹腔镜直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者给予术中低体温护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,比较2组患者干预前后围手术期指标、炎症因子水平、应激反应及和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量均短于或少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素(IL-8)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者肾上腺素(E)水平和皮质醇(Cor)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者E、Cor水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低体温护理能够提高腹腔镜直肠癌患者的手术效果,加快患者康复,改善炎症水平,降低应激反应与并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of hypothermia nursing on surgical results and its application in operation room during laparoscopic rectal cancer operation.Methods Total 60 patients with laparo-scopic rectal cancer operation in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given intraoperative hypothermia care,while patients in the control group received routine care.Perioperative indexes,levels of inflammatory factors,stress response and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The operation time,hospital stay and blood loss of the observation group were shorter or less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no signifi-cant difference in levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than before intervention,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of epinephrine(E)and cortisol(Cor)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of E and Cor in the observation group were lower than before intervention,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypothermia nursing can improve the surgical results of patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer operation,accelerate the rehabilitation of pa-tients,improve the level of inflammation,reduce the stress reaction and incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
