针刺联合舍曲林对肿瘤相关抑郁状态患者的效果

The efficacy of acupuncture combined with sertraline in the treatment of patients with tumor related depression

目的 评估针刺+盐酸舍曲林片应用在肿瘤相关性抑郁(cancer related depression,CRD)患者中的临床效果。方法 纳入2021年1月~2022年6月的90例CRD患者,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入45例,采用盐酸舍曲林片)和观察组(纳入45例,采用针刺+盐酸舍曲林片),评价两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)、癌症疲乏量表(Cancer fatigue scale,CFS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)、免疫细胞因子、健康调查量表36(SF-36)。结果 治疗4周后,观察组HAMD、SDS、CFS、PSQI、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)更低,γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、SF-36更高(P<0.05)。结论 对CRD患者采用针刺+盐酸舍曲林片,可以更好的调节患者免疫细胞因子表达,缓解其抑郁状态,减轻其疲乏感和睡眠障碍,提高生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture+sertraline in patients with cancer related depression(CRD).Methods 90 patients with CRD from January 2021 to June 2022 were included.The control group(45 patients included,using Sertraline hydrochloride tablets),the observation group(45 patients included,using acupuncture+Sertraline hydrochloride tablets),the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Self rating depression scale(SDS),Cancer fatigue scale(CFS)Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),immune cytokines,and health survey scale 36(SF-36)were compared between two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,HAMD,SDS,CFS,PSQI,Transforming growth factor β(TGF-β)、 Interleukin 4(IL-4)in the observation group is lower than those in control group,while γ Interferon(IFN-γ)、 SF-36 in the observation group is higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acu puncture+Sertralinefor can regulate the expression of immune cytokines,alleviate depression,reduce fatigue,Sleep disorder,and improve the quality of life in CRD patients.
