术前标准化访视对择期经皮冠状动脉介入患者术前焦虑与满意度的影响

Impact of Standardized Preoperative Visits on Preoperative Anxiety and Satisfaction in Patients undergoing Elective Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的 探讨术前标准化访视对择期经皮冠状动脉介入(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)患者术前焦虑与满意度的影响。方法 本研究对象为2021年1月~2022年12月80例采用择期PCI术治疗的冠心病患者,采用抛硬币法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组采用标准化访视。访视前、后以及术前采用医院焦虑量表(HADS-A)评估焦虑情绪,比较两组术前访视满意度。结果 两组访视后、术前HADS-A评分均较访视前下降,观察组访视后、术前HADS-A评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术前与访视后HADS-A评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组术前HADS-A评分显著高于访视后(P<0.05);观察组术前访视满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 术前标准化访视能够有效降低行择期PCI术的冠心病患者术前焦虑情绪,提高访视满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of standardized preoperative visits on preoperative anxiety and satisfaction in patients undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease treated with elective PCI from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divide into two groups using the coin toss method.The control group received routine preoperative visits,while the observation group received standardized visits.The anxiety were assessed using the Hospital Anxiety Scale(HADS-A)before,after,and before surgery.The satisfaction of preoperative visits between two groups were compared.Results The HADS-A scores after the visit and before the surgery in both groups decreased compared to before the visit.The HADS-A scores after the visit and before the surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in HADS-A scores between the observation group before and after the visit(P>0.05).The preoperative HADS-A score in the control group was significantly higher than that after the visit(P<0.05).The satisfaction of preoperative visits in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized preoperative visits can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety and improve visit satisfaction in coronary heart disease patients undergoing elective PCI.
