摘要
借鉴日本居民、商业用户液化石油气系统保障安全的先进经验,为降低我国液化石油气事故提出建议。加强燃气报警控制系统建设。日本居民用户液化石油气系统的报警控制系统由智能燃气表、液化石油气泄漏报警器、CO报警器构成,商业用户液化石油气系统的报警控制系统由商用自动燃气切断装置、液化石油气泄漏报警器、CO报警器等构成,形成了液化石油气系统的安全保障体系。液化石油气钢瓶室外存放。日本的液化石油气钢瓶放置在室外固定位置,有效降低液化石油气泄漏后在室内聚集的可能性。加强新设备的研发与应用。自动切换式调压器除了具备基本的调压功能和关闭功能之外,还能够实现当使用侧钢瓶的液化石油气供给不足时,自动地切换到备用侧钢瓶和使用侧钢瓶同时供气。注重技术研究。张力式防放气高压软管可以防止地震导致的液化石油气泄漏,从而避免地震产生的次生灾害。
Drawing on the advanced experience of residential and commercial users in Japan in ensuring the safety of LPG systems,suggestions are put forward to reduce LPG accidents in China.The construction of gas alarm control system is strengthened.The alarm control system of the LPG system for residential users in Japan is composed of intelligent gas meters,LPG leakage alarms and CO alarms,and the alarm control system of the LPG system for commercial users is composed of commercial automatic gas shut-off devices,LPG leakage alarms and CO alarms,forming a safety guarantee system for LPG systems.LPG cylinders are stored outdoors.Japan's LPG cylinders are placed in a fixed position outdoors to effectively reduce the possibility of LPG gathering indoors after a leak.The research and development and application of new equipment are strengthened.In addition to the basic pressure regulation function and shutdown function,the automatic switching regulator can automatically switch to the spare side cylinder and supply gas with the use side cylinder at the same time when the LPG supply of the use side cylinder is insufficient.The technical research is focused on.The tension anti-outgassing high-pressure hose can prevent LPG leakage caused by earthquakes,so as to avoid secondary disasters caused by earthquakes.
