摘要 阐述燃气输配设备智能化升级的必要性、益处以及设备制造企业的智能化升级优势与劣势。以燃气调压器智能化升级举例,指明燃气输配设备智能化升级基本分为远传、远控、智能分析预判3个阶段。探讨设备制造企业智能化转型模式,提出对大多数设备制造企业,联合专业团队研发模式最可行。 The necessity and benefits of intelligent upgrading of gas transmission and distribution equipment as well as the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent upgrade of equipment manufacturing enterprises are expounded.Taking the intelligent upgrade of gas pressure regulators as an example,it is pointed out that the intelligent upgrade of gas transmission and distribution equipment can be basically divided into three stages:remote transmission,remote control and intelligent analysis and prediction.The intelligent transformation mode of equipment manufacturing enterprises is discussed.It is proposed that for most equipment manufacturing enterprises,the joint professional team research and development mode is the most feasible.
