基于模块化的掘进机液压控制系统装配设计

摘要 通过对掘进机液压控制系统的电磁比例先导阀、电磁球阀、多路换向阀和液控手柄、压力传感器等关键元部件进行功能分析,同时对现有的液压系统元部件装配工艺进行研究,引入模块化设计理念,从生产工艺、装配、管理角度对掘进机液压系统的装配工艺进行设计,采用液压胶管和钢管结合的管路连接方式,实现连接模块的独立装配分工、掘进机液压系统控制部分的模块化与标准化生产装配。 Through the functional analysis of the key components such as the electromagnetic proportional pilot valve,the electromagnetic ball valve,the multi-way reversing valve,the hydraulic control handle,the pressure sensor and other key components of the hydraulic control system of the roadheader,at the same time the assembly process of the existing hydraulic system components was studied,the modular design concept was introduced,the assembly process of the hydraulic system of the roadheader was designed from the perspective of production process,assembly and management,and the pipeline connection mode combining hydraulic hose and steel pipe was adopted to realize the independent assembly division of the connecting module,modular,standardized production and assembly of the hydraulic control part of the roadheader.
