基于光纤光栅的刮板输送机中部槽中板磨损检测系统设计

摘要 针对目前缺少刮板输送机中部槽中板磨损在线检测装置导致无法获得中板磨损的连续有效数据及无法对中板过度磨损实时预警等问题,设计了基于光纤光栅的刮板输送机中部槽中板在线检测系统。该系统包含用于数据采集的光纤探头、用于安装光纤探头的插板及用于信号处理的光纤光栅信号分析仪,可实现刮板输送机中部槽中板磨损数据的实时在线检测。 Aiming at the problems of lack of on-line monitoring device for middle plate wear in the middle groove of scraper conveyor,which results in that the continuous and effective data of middle plate wear can not be obtained and can not make real-time early warning of middle plate excessive wear,designed an on-line detection system for the middle plate in the middle groove of scraper conveyor based on fiber bragg grating.The system includes optical fiber probe for data acquisition,plugboard for installing optical fiber probe and fiber grating signal analyzer for signal processing,which can realize real-time on-line detection of middle plate wear data in the middle groove of scraper conveyor.
