摘要
创新了半悬机身+全悬摇臂的采煤机整机技术,优化了小体积大扭矩高可靠传动技术,开发了高效装载小直径低叶片破岩滚筒技术,研发了高可靠智能控制技术,解决了薄煤层复杂地质条件(含夹矸、构造、断层、硫化铁结核等)下采煤机生产能力小(0.5~0.6 Mt/a)、装煤效果差、智能化水平低的难题,显著提升了薄煤层工作面生产效率。经工业性试验,复杂地质条件薄煤层工作面生产能力可达1.5 Mt/a。
Innovated the technology of the semi-suspended body+fully suspended rocker arm for the entire shearer,optimized the transmission technology with high reliability,small volume and large torque,developed the technology of high-efficiency loading with small diameter and low blade rock breaking drum,and developed the high-reliability intelligent control technology.It has solved the problems of complex geological conditions in thin-seam(including gangue,structure,fault,iron sulfide nodules,etc.),low production capacity of shearer(0.5-0.6 Mt/a),poor coal loading efficiency,and low level of intelligence,significantly improving the production efficiency of thin-seam working face.Through industrial test,the production capacity of thin-seam working face with complex geological conditions could reach 1.5 Mt/a.
