高应力软岩巷道非对称变形规律及围岩控制技术研究

摘要 为了缓解高应力软岩巷道围岩变形严重的问题,以西部某煤矿区某软岩巷道为研究对象,在分析其工程地质概况的基础上,开展了高应力软岩巷道非对称变形规律及围岩控制技术研究,分析了煤层倾角对巷道非对称变形规律的影响,提出了采用改性树脂类注浆材料进行注浆加固的围岩控制方案,并进行了现场应用。结果表明:煤层倾角的变化对巷道顶板、底板及左右两帮的位移量影响较大,进而使巷道产生非对称性变形的现象;改性树脂类注浆材料能够显著提升目标高应力软岩巷道岩石的强度,起到良好的加固效果;目标高应力软岩巷道采用注浆加固措施60 d后,顶板、底板及左右两帮的位移量均比较小,围岩巷道变形现象得到了较好的缓解,现场应用效果较好。 In order to alleviate the problem of severe deformation of surrounding rock in high stress soft rock roadway,a soft rock roadway in a coal mine area in the west was taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of its engineering geological situation,the asymmetric deformation law and surrounding rock control technology of high stress soft rock tunnels were carried out.The influence of coal seam inclination angle on the asymmetric deformation law of roadway was analyzed,and a control scheme for surrounding rock reinforcement using modified resin grouting material was proposed,which was applied on site.The results indicate that the variation of coal seam inclination angle has a significant impact on the displacement of the roof,floor and left and right sides of the roadway,leading to asymmetric deformation of the roadway.Modified resin grouting materials can significantly enhance the strength of the target high stress soft rock roadway rock,playing a good reinforcement effect.After 60 days of grouting reinforcement measures were adopted for the target high stress soft rock roadway,the displacement of the roof,floor and the left and right sides were relatively small,and the deformation phenomenon of the surrounding rock roadway was well alleviated.The on-site application effect was good.
