摘要
为了探究浅埋煤层坚硬顶板工作面矿压显现以及验证液压支架的合理性,以庄子河煤矿15107工作面为研究对象,采用理论计算、PFC软件模拟、现场实测相结合的方法,研究该工作面开采过程中矿压显现的规律并开展液压支架适应性研究。结果表明:理论计算15107工作面基本顶初次来压步距约41.56 m,周期来压步距约为16.98 m,与数值模拟、现场实测数据基本一致;对上部、中部和下部支架的工作压力频率进行了分析,结果表明液压支架满足工作面正常开采要求。该研究成果对类似地质条件下探究其矿压显现规律以及工作面液压支架的选型具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to explore the mine pressure display in the hard roof face of shallow buried coal seam and verify the rationality of the hydraulic support,taking the 15107 working face of Zhuangzihe coal mine as the research object,used the method of theoretical calculation,PFC software simulation and field measurement to study the law of mine pressure appearance in the working face mining process and carry out the adaptability study of hydraulic support.The results show that the theoretical calculation of the initial pressure step distance of the basic roof of the 15107 working face is about 41.56 m,and the periodic pressure step distance is about 16.98 m,which is basically consistent with the numerical simulation and the field measured data.Analyzed the frequency of working pressure of the upper,middle and lower supports,the results show that hydraulic support meets the normal mining requirements of the working face.The research results have certain reference significance for exploring the display law of mine pressure and the selection of hydraulic support for working face under similar geological conditions.
