矿井提升系统建模和振动特性分析

摘要 针对矿井提升机时变长度柔性悬、垂绳索轴向耦合运动非线性响应的复杂性,提出了一种考虑绳索-天轮摩擦的提升悬、垂绳索轴向耦合动力学模型。首先,利用任意拉格朗日-欧拉描述和绝对节点坐标公式(ALE_ANCF)建立了绳索单元的动力学模型;其次,建立一种双节点直线过渡式绳索单元模拟与刚性体接触的钢丝绳;然后,建立变质量罐笼的无约束动力学方程,组合钢丝绳、罐笼的动力学方程,得到提升系统的微分代数方程(DAEs);最后,通过实验测试结果验证了模型的正确性。研究表明:在提升系统下放制动阶段,垂绳的轴向振动位移约为悬绳的10倍。 Aiming at the complexity of the nonlinear response of the time-varying length flexible catenary and vertical cable axial coupling motion of the mine hoist,proposed a model of the axial coupling dynamics of the hoisting catenary and vertical cable considering the friction of the cable-sheave.Firstly,the dynamics model of the cable element was established by using the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian description and the absolute nodal coordinate formulation(ALE_ANCF).Secondly,a two-node linear transition cable element was established to simulate the cable in contact with the rigid body.Then,the unconstrained dynamic equations of the variable mass cage and the dynamic equations of the combining cable and cage were established,obtained the differential algebraic equations(DAEs)of the hoisting system.Finally,the correctness of the model was verified by experimental test results.Studies have shown that the axial vibration displacement of the vertical cable is about 10 times that of the catenary cable during the lowering braking phase of the hoisting system.
