摘要
针对目前液压支架底座拉后溜连接头与链条联接长度调节困难这一问题,提出了一种新型可调节拉后溜连接头结构。通过改变拉后溜连接头整体结构,将原有的U形卡座式结构连接头改为带有导向槽的铸锻件结构,将链条一端穿过导向槽并放入长圆形链环孔中,利用限位槽及链环孔自身特殊结构对链条进行定位,使用过程中只需通过改变穿过导向槽的链环数量即可实现对实际联接长度的调节。在实际使用过程中,该结构具有足够的强度,能够快速地进行联接长度的调节,极大降低了井下操作难度,提高了生产效率。
In view of the problem that it is difficult to adjust the connection length between the pulling back scraper conveyor connector and the chain of the hydraulic support base,a new adjustable pulling back scraper conveyor connector structure was proposed.By changing the overall structure of the pulling back scraper conveyor connector,the original U-type cassette structure connector is changed into a cast and forging structure with a guide slot,and one end of the chain is put through the guide slot and into the circular chain ring hole,and the special structure of the limit slot and the chain ring hole is used to locate the chain.During use,the actual connection length can be adjusted only by changing the number of links passing through the guide slot.In the actual use process,this structure has enough strength,can quickly adjust the connection length,greatly reduces the difficulty of underground operation,and improves the production efficiency.
