悬臂式掘进机截割机构伸缩形式的研究

摘要 分析并比较了现有3种悬臂式掘进机截割机构的伸缩结构。部分伸缩式结构由于伸缩行程短、结构复杂、整体强度较差等原因已被逐渐取代;外部整体伸缩式结构掏槽笨重,伸缩灵活性较差,目前使用较少;内部整体伸缩式结构使用较多,但需设置抱闸装置进行辅助抱紧以减小截割机构的振动。 Analyzed and compared three existing telescopic forms of cutting mechanism of cantilever roadheader.The partially telescopic structure has been gradually replaced because of the short telescopic stroke,complex structure and poor overall strength.The external integral retractable structure cut is bulky,the flexibility of expansion is poor,and the current use is less.The internal integral retractable structure is used a lot,but needs to be equipped with a holding device for auxiliary holding to reduce vibration of cutting mechanism.
