摘要 针对DXJL320便携电源箱的矿用隔爆壳体的优化设计展开研究。通过理论计算验证现有设计的合理性,分析长宽比变化引起的应力变化规律;通过静力学仿真分析,探索长宽比变化造成的应力及变形的变化趋势。根据实际需求,确定最终优化方案,并为类似隔爆壳体优化设计提供参考。 Research on the optimization design of mining explosion-proof shell for DXJL320 portable power box was conducted.Verified the rationality of existing designs through theoretical calculations,and analyzd the stress changes law caused by changes in aspect ratio.Explored the trend of stress and deformation caused by changes in aspect ratio through static simulation analysis.Based on actual needs,determined the final optimization plan,which provides reference for the optimization design of similar explosion-proof shells.
