摘要
大采高综采工作面人员活动区域的粉尘来源主要是液压支架降柱移架,液压支架产尘具有阵发性、产尘强度大、易扩散等特点。为了解决大采高综采工作面液压支架降柱移架粉尘给人员活动区域带来的粉尘污染问题,结合液压支架结构,设计优化了新型的支架封闭控尘装置,控降尘效率达到93.5%。
The main source of dust in the personnel activity area of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height is the hydraulic support lowering column and moving support,and the dust production by the hydraulic support has the characteristics of intermittent,high dust intensity and easy diffusion.In order to solve the problem of dust pollution caused by the dust from the hydraulic support lowering column and moving support in the personnel activity area of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height,combined with the structure of hydraulic support,a new type of support closed dust control device was designed and optimized,and the dust control efficiency reached 93.5%.
