摘要
随着煤矿开采工作面不断向超高、超长、超薄等方向发展,工况、负载要求不断提高,对井工刮板输送装备的液压系统稳定性、便捷性的要求也在不断增强。电控阀组作为液压系统的关键零部件,现有的设计理念、功能结构、安全防护均已不能满足使用需求。结合刮板输送装备用电控阀组现状,针对液压系统流量波动、阀芯易阻塞、管路安装和拆卸困难、带载作业存在安全隐患等问题,提出阀组优化改进方案,以更好地适应各种工况使用需求,增强井工刮板输送装备的整体可靠性。
With the continuous development of coal mining face in the direction of super high,super long and super thin,the requirements of working conditions and loads have been continuously improved,and the requirements for the stability and convenience of the hydraulic system of the scraper conveying equipment are also increasing.The electric control valve group is a key component of the hydraulic system.The design concept,functional structure and safety protection of the existing valve group can no longer meet the needs of use.Combined with the current situation of electric control valve group for scraper conveying equipment,aiming at the problems of flow fluctuation of hydraulic system,easy blockage of valve core,difficulty in pipeline installation and disassembly,and potential safety hazards in on-load operation,the valve group optimization and improvement scheme was put forward to better adapt to the needs of various working conditions,and enhance the overall reliability of the underground scraper conveying equipment.
