摘要
为解决高功率密度采煤机摇臂散热能力不足的问题,通过分析摇臂传动系统功率损耗和冷却系统散热量之间的理论关系,推导出在热平衡状态下的摇臂冷却系统所需承担的散热量;提出摇臂分布式冷却方法,通过冷却器分布式布置提高摇臂散热效果。在试验台上进行摇臂负载试验,验证了摇臂分布式冷却系统在实际应用中的可行性。
To solve the problem of inadequate heat dissipation in the high power density shearer rocker arm,through analyzing the theoretical relationship between the power losses in the rocker arm transmission system and the heat dissipation of the cooling system,the required heat dissipation for the rocker arm cooling system under thermal equilibrium conditions was derived.A method for distributed cooling on the rocker arm was proposed to improve heat dissipation through distributed cooler.Carried out the rocker arm load testing on a test platform,and verified the feasibility of rocker arm distributed cooling system in practical applications.
