基于响应面法的磁性传感器仿真分析研究

摘要 采用ANSYS Maxwell磁场仿真分析软件计算磁性传感器具体试验设计方案的磁场值。采用响应面法分析各影响因素之间的交互作用,构建三维空间响应曲面,对各因素进行交互作用可视化分析。对比该传感器样机测试结果与软件仿真和拟合方程计算的结果,验证了仿真计算结果和响应面法的正确性。 Used ANSYS Maxwell magnetic field simulation analysis software to calculate the magnetic field value of the specific experimental design scheme of a magnetic sensor.Used response surface method to analyze the interaction between various influencing factors,constructed a three-dimensional spatial response surface,and visually analyzed the interaction between various factors.Compared the test results of the prototype of this sensor with the results of software simulation and fitting equation calculation,and verified the correctness of the simulation calculation results and the response surface method.
