摘要
分析了热固型粉末涂料用树脂,以三氟丙烯酸乙酯(TFEA)作为改性单体,合成了含氟烷基侧基丙烯酸粉末涂料用树脂。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)对树脂进行了表征,对涂膜进行了接触角(CA)、UVB人工加速老化测试,结果表明保光性和耐水性能有比较好的提升。
In this paper,resins for thermosetting powder coatings were analyzed,and 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl acrylate(TFEA)was used as a modified monomer to synthesize fluoroalkyl side acrylic powder coating resins.Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to characterize the resin.the contact angle(CA)and UVB artificial accelerated aging tests were carried out on the coating film,and the results showed that the gloss retention and water resistance were well improved.
