液压缸可靠性试验与数据分析研究平台

摘要 研制了一种液压缸可靠性新型综合试验台,该试验台以液压缸的型式试验或出厂试验为基础,进行在常规应力水平或加速应力水平下的可靠性试验,可加载应力包括可调节的压力、速度、油温和偏载力,试验台具有功率回收、节能的特点。运用该试验台对某精密液压缸进行加速寿命试验,提出一种基于环境应力和广义Eyring模型的液压缸加速模型,通过该加速模型预测该液压缸在额定应力水平下的可靠度分布函数及寿命特征量。开发一套液压缸可靠性数据分析软件,该软件能够对液压缸在正常或加速应力水平下的完全或不完全样本试验数据进行可靠性分析与预测。所研制的液压缸可靠性试验台和数据分析系统,为推进液压缸的可靠性研究提供了一种硬、软件综合研究平台。 A new comprehensive test bench for the reliability research of hydraulic cylinder is developed.With the test bench,not only type testing or predelivery testing of hydraulic cylinder can be basically implemented,but also reliability test under normal or accelerated stress levels can be conducted,in any reliability testing process,the pressure,velocity,oil temperature and side load of the cylinder can be set as variable loading stresses,in addition,the test bench has an advantage of power recovery and energy saving.Accelerated life test of an accurate hydraulic cylinder is conducted using the test bench,an acceleration model is proposed when considering environmental stresses of the cylinder and the Eyring Model,with the acceleration model,the reliability distribution functions and various life values of the cylinder under normal stress level are ultimately obtained.A computer package is developed to perform reliability analysis or prediction of hydraulic cylinder by using its testing data under normal or accelerated stress level conditions when with complete or incomplete samples.The developed new test bench and computer package provide an excellent platform with both hardware and software for hydraulic cylinder reliability research.
