基于CiteSpace的我国警务现场急救研究可视化分析

摘要 为了解我国近20余年警务现场急救相关研究主题、研究趋势、研究热点等,对未来该领域深入研究提供思考与展望,检索中国知网数据库自1998年1月至2023年10月1日收录的警务现场急救研究领域相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.8.R2.7软件绘制可视化图表,对纳入文献进行作者、研究机构、关键词共现、关键词聚类及关键词突现分析。结果显示,警务现场急救研究年度发文量整体呈逐年上升趋势,近5年研究热度明显下降,研究机构及作者间合作程度不高,跨区域的合作强度较弱,我国警务现场急救研究大致经历了初步探索、细化发展与任务需求三阶段,当前主要研究热点包括现场救护与急救培训,研究前沿涵盖“创伤救治”“应急救护”“实战应用”“战术环境”等。今后警务现场急救研究应加强不同学科学者与研究机构的合作,探索与拓宽警务现场急救的研究领域,探讨多样化的警务急救培训学习模式,从而形成系统成熟的培训机制。 In order to know the relevant research topics,research trends and research hotspots of police scene first aid in recent 20 years in China,the study provides thoughts and prospects for further research in this field in the future.The study reviews the papers related to police on-site first aid research collected from CNKI database since its establishment to October 1,2023;draws visual charts with CiteSpace 5.8.R2.7 software;and analyzes author,research institution,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering and keyword emergence of the included papers.The results show that the annual number of papers published on police scene first aid research shows an overall increasing trend year by year,the research popularity has decreased significantly in the past five years,the degree of cooperation between research institutions and authors is not high,and the cross-regional cooperation intensity is weak.The research on on-the-spot police first aid in China has roughly experienced three stages:preliminary exploration,detailed development and task requirements.The current research focuses on on-the-spot ambulance and first-aid training,and the research frontier covers“trauma treatment”“emergency rescue”“actual combat application”“tactical environment”,etc.In the future,it is necessary to promote the cooperation among scholars of different disciplines and research institutions,explore and broaden the research field of police scene first aid,and explore diversified police first aid training and learning models,so as to form a systematic and mature training mechanism.
