大思政视域下思政课对工程管理专业人才培养质量的影响

Influence of Ideological and Political Course on the Training Quality of Engineering Management Professionals Under the Perspective of Ideological and Political Theory

为探索与检验大思政视域下思政课对工程管理专业人才培养质量的影响,借助问卷开展调研分析。研究结果显示,工程管理专业学生感知下的思政课教学质量均值分处于中等偏上水平,说明其对学校思政课教学质量持肯定态度,学生视角下思政课对工程管理专业人才培养质量具有正面影响作用。工程管理专业学生在思政课学习过程中的体验效果较好,其中教学内容与教学效果评价较高,教学目标虽得到学生的普遍认可,但相对仍未达到理想水平,还需进一步优化。工程管理专业不同年级学生感知下的思政课教学质量、教学效果、教学内容与教学方法存在显著性差异,不同生源地学生感知下的思政课教学内容与教学方法也存在显著性差异。

In order to explore and test the influence of ideological and political courses on the training quality of engineering management professionals under the ideological and political perspective,the study investigates and analyzes with the questionnaire.The results show that the mean score of ideological and political teaching quality perceived by engineering management students is above the average level,indicating that they have a positive attitude towards the teaching quality of school ideological and political courses.Ideological and political courses have positive impact on the quality of talent training of engineering management major from the perspective of students.Students of engineering management major have good experience in the learning process of ideological and political courses,among which the teaching content and teaching effect are highly evaluated.Although the teaching objectives are generally recognized by students,they are still relatively not up to the ideal level and need to be further optimized.There are significant differences in the teaching quality,teaching effect,teaching content and teaching methods of ideological and political courses perceived by students of different grades of engineering management major.There are also significant differences in the teaching content and teaching methods of ideological and political courses perceived by students from different places.
