中原城市群新型城镇化发展质量时空演变及障碍因子诊断

The Spatial-Temporal Evolution and Obstacle Factor Diagnosis of The Development Quality of New Urbanization in The Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration

摘要 如何统筹城市群整体利益和各城市比较优势,强化产业支撑,提高空间利用效率,是推进中原城市群新型城镇化高质量发展需要破解的关键难题。中原城市群作为我国中西部地区的国家级城市群,常住人口城镇化率低于全国平均水平近10个百分点,是未来一个时期我国推进新型城镇化的潜力所在和重点区域。为更好缩小中原城市群新型城镇化与全国平均水平的差距,对2000-2021年中原城市群新型城镇化质量进行测度及障碍因子识别,结果发现:中原城市群的新型城镇化质量稳步提高,在空间分布上从“大聚集、小分散”向“小集中、大分散”转变,城市之间、区域之间的不平衡、不协调问题更加凸显。 As a national urban agglomeration in the central and western regions of China, the urbanization 0f the Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration, a key area for China to promote new urbanization in the future, is nearly 10 percentage points lower than the national average, which shows the potential. It is urgent to narrow the gap between the urbanization of the Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration and the national average level. Based on the urbanization quality measurement and obstacle factor identification of the Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration from 2000 to 2021, the results show that the quality of urbanization has improved steadily, but the spatial distribution has changed from “large agglomeration and small dispersion” to “small concentration and large dispersion”, and the problems of imbalance and uncoordination between cities and regions have become more prominent. How to coordinate the overall interests of urban agglomerations and the comparative advantages of cities, strengthen industrial support, and improve space utilization efficiency are the key problems to be solved in promoting high-quality urbanization development, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
