摘要
本研究方案通过现代传感器技术,合理运用物联网,对机械化粮库作业过程中产生的粉尘浓度进行远程实时监测;同时避免了线路铺设复杂、费用高,人工检测不及时、不准确等问题,可有效预防粉尘浓度超过燃爆下限带来的粉尘爆炸等安全隐患,提高机械化粮库生产作业安全。
Through modern sensor technology and reasonable use of the Internet of Things,the dust concentration generated during the operation of mechanized grain depot was monitored,and remote real-time monitoring was realized.At the same time,it avoids problems such as complicated line laying,high cost,and untimely and inaccurate manual detection,which can effectively prevent dust explosion and other safety hazards caused by dust concentration exceeding the lower limit of fuel explosion,and improve the safety of mechanized grain depot production and operation.
