摘要
检测实验室作为食品专业实验和研究的重要场所,其安全状况直接关系到教师与学生的生命安全与健康保障。鉴于近年来实验室安全事故偶有发生,本文旨在通过分析高校食品专业实验室安全管理中存在的风险,提出相应的预防措施,以供相关人员参考与借鉴。
As an important place for experiments and researches in food specialty,the safety condition of testing laboratory is directly related to the life safety and health protection of teachers and students.In view of the occasional occurrence of laboratory safety accidents in recent years,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the risks in the safety management of food professional laboratory in colleges and universities,and put forward the corresponding preventive measures for the reference of relevant personnel.
