课程思政融入中职烹饪专业课教学的策略研究

摘要 本研究聚焦于课程思政与中职烹饪专业课教学的深度融合,旨在探索一种创新的教学模式,以促进学生专业技能与思政素养的双重提升。通过分析中职烹饪专业课的特性与课程思政的核心理念,本研究提出了一系列新颖的教学策略,不仅注重培养学生的专业技能,更强调塑造其正确的职业价值观、社会责任感和文化自信,为培养新时代的烹饪工匠奠定坚实基础。 This study focuses on the deep integration of curriculum ideology and politics with the teaching of cooking courses in secondary vocational schools,aiming to explore an innovative teaching mode to promote the dual improvement of students'professional skills and ideological and political literacy.By analyzing the characteristics of secondary vocational cooking courses and the core ideas of curriculum thinking and politics,this study puts forward a series of novel teaching strategies,which not only focus on cultivating students'professional skills,but also emphasize on shaping their correct professional values,social responsibility and cultural self-confidence,laying a solid foundation for training culinary artisans in the new era.
