摘要
食品安全是公众健康的重要保障,食品检验检测是确保食品质量安全的关键环节。本研究基于过程控制理论,探讨食品检验检测样品管理策略,分析样品采集、运输、处理和储存过程中的关键控制点。
Food safety is an important guarantee for public health,and food inspection and testing is a key link to ensure food quality and safety.Based on the process control theory,this study explores the management strategy of food inspection and testing samples,and analyzes the key control points in the process of sample collection,transportation,handling and storage.
