摘要
随着人们消费水平的不断提升,对食品加工技术的要求也在不断提高。食品加工技术逐渐应用于食品处理中并起着关键性作用。这就要求食品加工企业在实际加工时要根据食品需求选择不同的食品加工技术,以降低食品加工技术对食品营养的影响。因此,本文阐述了食品加工技术的作用,并探究其对食品营养的影响。
With the continuous improvement of people's consumption level,the requirements for food processing technology are also constantly improving.Food processing technology is gradually applied in food processing and plays a key role.This requires food processing enterprises to choose different food processing technologies according to food needs in actual processing,in order to reduce the impact of food processing technology on food nutrition.Therefore,this article explains the role of food processing technology and explore its impact on food nutrition.
