摘要 随着人们健康饮食理念的加深,对农村绿色食品的需求不断增加,农村绿色食品的质量安全引起了广泛的关注。本文从生产、供应及认证层面阐述了农村绿色食品质量安全中存在的问题,并结合绿色食品发展现状,从技术创新、产品研发及管理流程方面提出农村绿色食品质量安全控制策略,为提升绿色食品质量安全水平提供借鉴。 With the deepening of people's healthy diet concept,the demand for rural green food is increasing,and the quality and safety of rural green food has attracted wide attention.This paper expounds the problems existing in the quality and safety of rural green food from the aspects of production,supply and certification,and combines the development status of green food to put forward the quality and safety control strategy of rural green food from the aspects of technological innovation,product research and development and management process,so as to provide reference for improving the quality and safety level of green food.
