基于生物技术的食品检测工作探析

摘要 近年来食品安全问题频发,不仅对大众人身安全造成严重威胁,还会影响社会稳定。随着社会发展,传统检测手段暴露出一些问题,如检测时间较长、操作难度较高等,因此,寻找新型检测方式成为食品安全检测工作的重要内容。本文针对生物检测技术在食品检测工作中的应用展开分析,旨在挖掘生物检测技术潜力,推动食品安全检测工作顺利进行。 In recent years,the frequency of food safety problems is increasing,which not only poses a serious threat to public personal safety,but also affects social stability.With the development of society,some problems have been exposed by traditional testing methods,such as long testing time and high operational difficulty.Therefore,finding new testing methods has become an important part of food safety testing.This paper analyzes the application of biodetection technology in food testing,aiming at tapping the potential of biodetection technology and promoting the smooth progress of food safety testing.
