摘要
随着即时食品市场的迅速发展,添加剂的多样性和复杂性对食品安全和消费者健康构成了潜在的威胁。因此,开发一种能够准确、快速即时地检测食品中多种添加剂含量的方法显得尤为重要。本研究提出液质联用技术下即时食品中添加剂含量的检测方法,实验结果表明,该方法在液质联用技术的辅助下,得出的偏差相对更小,波动在可控范围内。
With the rapid growth of the instant food market,the diversity and complexity of additives pose potential threats to food safety and consumer health.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a method that can accurately,quickly and instantly detect the content of various additives in food.This study presents a method for the detection of additive content in instant food under LMS technology.The experimental results show that the deviation of the designed method is relatively small and the fluctuation is within the controllable range.
