摘要
随着我国经济和技术的飞速发展,居民生活品质不断提升,人们对食品安全的关注也日益加深。然而,经济持续增长的同时也带来了一系列的环境问题,尤其是重金属污染问题,这对粮食安全构成了直接威胁。基于此,本研究针对原子吸收光谱法进行分析,并利用此种方法对粮油产品中的重金属含量进行测定,通过具体的研究和分析来解决食品安全问题。
With the rapid development of China's economy and technology,the quality of life of residents continues to improve,and people's attention to food safety is also deepening.However,the continuous economic growth has also brought a series of environmental problems,especially heavy metal pollution,which poses a direct threat to food security.Based on this,this research analyzes the atomic absorption spectrometry,and uses this method to determine the heavy metal content in grain and oil products,and solves the food safety problem through specific research and analysis.
