基于超高效液相-串联质谱法的蜂产品兽药残留检测研究

摘要 本研究基于超高效液相-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS),针对蜂产品兽药残留建立了高效的检测手段。该方法结合了UHPLC的高分离效率和MS/MS的高选择性检测优势,对蜂蜜样本中的22种兽药残留量进行了精确灵敏的测定,并建立了一套完整的检测流程。通过对样品的前处理、色谱和质谱条件的优化、定量和定性分析等方面的详细研究,不仅为蜂产品兽药残留检测提供了可靠的技术手段,对保障食品安全,促进蜂产品的国际贸易也具有十分重要的意义。 Based on ultra-high performance liquid phase tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS),an efficient method for the detection of veterinary drug residues in bee products was established.The method combined the high separation efficiency of UHPLC and the high selectivity of MS/MS to determine 22 veterinary drug residues in honey samples accurately and sensitively.A complete detection process was established,through the detailed study of sample pretreatment,chromatographic and mass spectrometry conditions optimization,quantitative and qualitative analysis.This study not only provides a reliable technical means for the detection of veterinary drug residues in bee products,but also has great significance for ensuring food safety and promoting the international trade of bee products.
