摘要 食品安全是维系公众健康和社会稳定的重要基石。随着全球化进程的加速和食品供应链的延长,食品微生物污染问题日益凸显,成为影响食品安全的主要因素之一。微生物污染不仅可能导致食品腐败变质,还可能引发食源性疾病,对消费者的健康构成严重威胁。因此,快速、准确、灵敏地检测食品中的微生物污染显得尤为重要。基于此,本文针对PCR技术在食品微生物检测中的应用展开论述,以期为PCR技术研究提供参考。 Food safety is an important cornerstone to maintain public health and social stability.With the acceleration of the process of globalization and the extension of the food supply chain,the problem of food microbial contamination has become increasingly prominent,and has become one of the main factors affecting food safety.Microbial contamination may not only lead to food spoilage,but also cause foodborne diseases,which pose a serious threat to the health of consumers.Therefore,it is particularly important to detect microbial contamination in food quickly,accurately and sensitively.Based on this,this paper discusses the application of PCR technology in food microbial detection,in order to provide reference for the research of PCR technology.
