摘要
在多因素耦合环境中,混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀而发生损伤。主要从腐蚀破坏形式,硫酸盐腐蚀研究理论及硫酸盐侵蚀方法进行概述。硫酸盐腐蚀混凝土的失效形式有物理腐蚀与化学腐蚀两种。物理腐蚀研究理论有固相体积变化理论、盐结晶假说、水化压理论等,化学腐蚀可分为石膏型硫酸盐侵蚀、钙矾石型硫酸盐侵蚀、硫酸镁侵蚀、多离子硫酸盐侵蚀。目前,国内外针对复杂环境因素下混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀开展了大量试验研究工作。复杂环境下混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀研究是一个系统性、综合性的课题,需要多学科的协作和综合运用各种技术手段,才能取得更加显著的效果。
In a multi-factor coupled environment,concrete is damaged by sulfate attack.It mainly summarizes the forms of corrosion damage,sulfate corrosion research theory and sulfate erosion methods.There are two failure forms of sulfate corrosion on concrete:physical corrosion and chemical corrosion.Physical corrosion research theories include solid phase volume change theory,salt crystalization hypothesis,hydration pressure theory,etc.Chemical corrosion can be divided into gypsum type sulfate erosion,ettringite type sulfate erosion,magnesium sulfate erosion,and multi-ion sulfate erosion.At present,a large number of experimental research work has been carried out at home and abroad on the resistance of concrete to sulfate corrosion under complex environmental factors.Research on the resistance of concrete to sulfate erosion in complex environments is a systematic and comprehensive topic,which requires multi-disciplinary collaboration and comprehensive use of various technical means to achievemore significant results.
