摘要
在现代工业生产领域中,工业锅炉广泛应用于化工、医药、食品、造纸、印染、人造革等行业,是重要的热能动力设备。作为承压类特种设备,工业锅炉长期运行在高温高压恶劣环境中,一旦使用不当,极有可能发生事故。而优良的水质是锅炉安全运行的重要保障,水质的好坏,将大大影响其安全稳定运行和能源消耗。为降低不达标水质造成锅炉受热面结垢、降低传热效率、增加热损失等,推动锅炉水质检验显得极为重要。通过某地区工业锅炉水质调查及化验结果,阐述了工业锅炉水质检验现状及常见问题,剖析原因,提出了可行性对策与建议。
In the field of modern industrial production,industrial boilers are widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical,food,papermaking,printing and dyeing,artificial leather and other industries,and are important thermal power equipment.As special pressure-bearing equipment,industrial boilers have been operating in high temperature and high pressure harsh environments for a long time.Once used improperly,accidents are highly likely to occur.Excellent water quality is an important guarantee for the safe operation of boilers.The quality of water quality will greatly affect their safe and stable operation and energy consumption.In order to reduce fouling on boiler heating surfaces caused by substandard water quality,reduce heat transfer efficiency,and increase heat losses,it is extremely important to promote boiler water quality inspection.Based on the investigation and test results of industrial boiler water quality in a certain area,the current situation and common problems of industrial boiler water quality inspection are expounded,the reasons are analyzed,and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
