摘要
建立了微流控芯片分光光度法快速测定纺织品中甲醛含量的方法。比较选择了微流控芯片试剂体系,优化设计了微流控芯片,考察了反应动力学,优化了氢氧化钠浓度,优化了复溶时间,仅在7 min内完成了检测。在优化条件下,甲醛质量浓度为0.015~0.200 mg/L时,线性相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,定量限为1.5 mg/kg,回收率为84.5%~104.5%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~9.8%。该方法适用于纺织品中甲醛的快速检测。
A spectrophotometric method for the rapid determination of formaldehyde content in textiles by microfluidic chip was established.The microfluidic chip reagent system was compared,the microfluidic chip was optimized,the reaction kinetics was investigated,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was opti⁃mized,and the redissolution time was optimized.The results showed that the microfluidic chip could accurate⁃ly determine formaldehyde in textiles within 7 min.Under the optimal conditions,when the mass concentra⁃tion of formaldehyde was 0.015-0.200 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the de⁃tection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,the quantitation limit was 1.5 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 84.5%-104.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.1%-9.8%.This method was suitable for the rapid determination of formal⁃dehyde in textiles.
